CompuTech Inc. uses a centralized location to dispatch a broad network of field engineers to provide the services listed. Our dispatch center utilizes a customized database and tracking system based on several SERVER2003 cluster servers to provide on-demand updates and information for both field engineers and customers. This network enables any of our dispatch personnel to provide a detailed report of each service call. It also allows us to provide a complete history on a specific site/location identifying the date, time, the equipment serviced, what was done, and what parts if any were used.

CompuTech Inc. provides complete nationwide service across the country and also service to Puerto Rico, The Bahamas, and the US Virgin Islands. We are able to do this through the effective use of highly trained CTI field engineers as well as our network of over 5000 subcontractors. This flexible network allows our customers a massive resource of technicians with special skills and training that may not be available internally. In addition to providing service nationwide we can also offer the most efficient on-site service possible with on-site service provided (24) twenty-four hours a day, (7) seven days a week. CompuTech Inc. provides an extensive array of computer services. We provide on-site installations, repairs, replacements, upgrades, and maintenance on a number of computers and peripheral equipment. This equipment includes the following: All types of PCs, printers, monitors, point-of-sale equipment, mainframes, ATM's, and telecommunications equipment including servers, multiplexers, and modems. We also provide depot repair and limited carry-in repair for this equipment.
